All Pod Point chargers feature a robust design and are fully weatherproof. OZEV approved and covered by a 3 year warranty, Pod Point chargers are compatible with all plug-in electric and hybrid vehicles. 

The typical charging time with a Pod Point charger is between 30 minutes and up to 12 hours, depending on the size of your car battery and the speed of the Pod Point charger. 

Pod Point chargers are WIFI enabled allowing them to be controlled, monitored and scheduled via the Pod Point smartphone app. They feature a small design that doesn’t compromise on power, offering some of the UK’s fastest EV charging capabilities. 

Your electric vehicle will have one of two sockets, either a Type 1 or Type 2. You will need to choose a Pod Point charger with the equivalent connector to suit this. 

Pod Point EV chargers with a tethered cable will charge faster than those requiring an additional untethered cable.
